As of right now, our office is located in Phase 5 of Settlers’ Grant which has also operated as a model home for interested clients. Since this house was built a long time ago there are a lot of built in upgrades that were popular ten years ago but have since become a fad of the past.
I’ve gotten to watch the new office be constructed from the ground up and I can’t even express how I excited I am to move on over! I’m also particularly invested because I got to help pick out furniture, appliances and accessories with the aid of a local interior decorator. Everything is top of the line, modern and eye catching which will make for a more interesting work space.
The layout for this new office will also be much more client friendly for walkthroughs since its only one level instead of multi-leveled like our current one. When you first walk into the new office my desk will be immediately to your left and I’ll be the one showing potential clients the house. One of the key things to remember about Settlers’ Grant is that every single house is unique; no two houses look similar on the outside. So by showing the house, clients can get a feel for the layout which can be used for their home the only thing is that the outside absolutely has to be different. Clients like this idea because it gives their house a personal touch and differentiates them from their neighbours.
The new address of the new office will be at 25 Heritage Blvd in Settlers’ Grant’s Phase 6 just off of River Rd. We will be officially over there as of March 1st and we can’t wait to start booking appointments! Its always exciting to see what kind of custom house ideas potential clients bring forward to us.
